Health and well-being
We recognise that back and joint health is vital within the care industry and in recognition of this we will reimburse the first 3 chiropractor/physiotherapy/osteopath treatments should these be required prior to NHS support coming into place. We also provide access to a health cash plan which is run by HSF. You pay a monthly small premium for the scheme that suits you best, then you claim cash back as and when you need it.
Business mileage (not home to work) is paid at 40p per mile.

Long service awards
We value our staff and reward long service. Our first long service award is payable after 5 years service and then every 5 years thereafter.
Staff introduction scheme
Who can better recommend us to friends and family than you. In recognition of this, if a member of staff is recruited based on your recommendation, upon satisfactory completion of their probationary period you will receive £100 by way of a staff introduction payment.
